Mrs. Sampaio
Teacher at Brasília Middle School, loves accounting

I taught accounting at Brasília Middle School in Brasília from 1978 to 1991. Most days I taught first-year students, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I had 300 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mrs. Sampaio
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Sampaio: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
