Mrs. Samarasinghe
21 years teaching Spanish in Colombo
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Windsor Middle School
- 1980 to 2014
- English
For 34 years I was the Spanish teacher at Windsor Middle School. I taught Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If you were in my Year 10 class, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
