Mrs. Salami
37 years teaching French in Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Lagos Technical College
- Since 1999
- English, Igbo
For 27 years I have been the French teacher at Lagos Technical College. I teach Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mrs. Salami
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

you taught me French in 2002 at Lagos Technical College. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.
