For 31 years I have been the design and technology teacher at Kadıköy Public School. I teach Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, I learn every name in the first week.
More about Mrs. Şahin
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Şahin: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
