Mrs. Ruiz
Taught social studies at Bronx Grammar School
- 🇺🇸 Bronx, New York, United States
- 1982 to 2014
- English
For 32 years I was the social studies teacher at Bronx Grammar School. I taught teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 700 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mrs. Ruiz
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me social studies in 1983 at Bronx Grammar School. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam. Greetings from San Francisco.
