Mrs. Rhodes
25 years teaching environmental science in Oakland
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Oakland Secondary School
- 1996 to 2016
- English, Spanish
For 20 years I was the environmental science teacher at Oakland Secondary School. I taught primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the school newspaper after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Mrs. Rhodes
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

you taught me environmental science in 2015 at Oakland Secondary School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

I was in your primary school children class in 2020. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Los Angeles.
