I taught home economics at Kathmandu Middle School in Kathmandu from 2003 to 2015. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mrs. Regmi
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
