I taught Spanish and drama at Recife High School, Recife. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I had 960 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
