Mrs. Raman

Mathematics and early years teacher, Salem

  • 🇮🇳 Salem, Tamil Nadu, India
  • Beacon Public School
  • 1978 to 1999
  • English
For 21 years I was the mathematics teacher at Beacon Public School. I taught Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I ran the chess club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. I'm still learning every day.

More about Mrs. Raman

If you were in my Year 9 class, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Raman: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
