I teach economics at Pune High School in Pune since 1980. Most days I teach Grade 11, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 2,390 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
