Mrs. Raji
Biology and economics teacher, Ikeja
- 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- Ikeja Middle School
- 1981 to 1990
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and nine years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Mrs. Raji
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mrs. Raji: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
