I teach agriculture and mathematics at Celaya Grammar School, Celaya. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mrs. Quiroga
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
