Mrs. Putra
37 years teaching design and technology in Jakarta
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Maple Ridge Public School
- 2000 to 2020
- English, Indonesian
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 20 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mrs. Putra
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Putra: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
