Mrs. Powell

19 years teaching accounting in Cairns

  • 🇦🇺 Cairns, Queensland, Australia
  • Orchid Public School
  • Since 1989
  • English
For 37 years I have been the accounting teacher at Orchid Public School. I teach primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I play music while people worked. I'm still learning every day.

More about Mrs. Powell

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
