I taught environmental science at Los Angeles Grammar School in Los Angeles from 1981 to 1998. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I never turned anyone away.
Over the years I had 580 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
