Mrs. Pienaar
24 years teaching drama in Soweto
- 🇿🇦 Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa
- Ashford Middle School
- Since 1996
- English
Ashford Middle School is my second home. I teach drama there since 1996, mostly teenagers.
I've coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mrs. Pienaar
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mrs. Pienaar: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me drama in 2002 at Ashford Middle School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.
