I teach art and geography at Rosewood Boys' School, Johannesburg. My door was open at lunch.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Mrs. Pienaar: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
