I taught art at Pioneer Boys' School in Cartagena from 1984 to 1997. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I ran the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm learning the guitar.
More about Mrs. Pérez
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Pérez: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
