Mrs. Pena
Retired music teacher from Brookfield Academy
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Brookfield Academy
- 1991 to 2003
- English
Brookfield Academy was my second home. I taught music there from 1991 to 2003, mostly the youngest children.
Over the years I had 410 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mrs. Pena
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
