- 2016 to 2025

I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and nine years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 210 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mrs. Pena
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Pena: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
