Mrs. Peixoto
Special education and Spanish teacher, Campinas
- 🇧🇷 Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil
- Since 1990
- Portuguese
For 36 years I have been the special education teacher at Campinas Grammar School. I teach Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 830 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mrs. Peixoto
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Peixoto: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
