Mrs. Peixoto
Economics and Spanish teacher, Olinda
- 🇧🇷 Olinda, Pernambuco, Brazil
- Andes Grammar School
- 1978 to 2001
- Portuguese
I taught economics at Andes Grammar School in Olinda from 1978 to 2001. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Mrs. Peixoto: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me economics in 2003 at Andes Grammar School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard!

You taught me economics in 2003 at Andes Grammar School. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
