I teach religious studies at Maple Ridge Girls' School in San Jose since 1999. Most days I teach Grade 4, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
