I taught Spanish and physical education at Varanasi Grammar School, Varanasi. I never once raised my voice.
Over the years I had 860 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Patel: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
