I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 25 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

I failed mathematics twice before you. After you I passed with a B. Thank you. Greetings from Iztapalapa.
