Mrs. Ouma
Retired biology teacher from Sunrise Academy
- 🇰🇪 Kikuyu, Kiambu, Kenya
- Sunrise Academy
- 1980 to 1989
- English, Swahili
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and nine years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Ouma: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

you taught me biology in 2017 at Sunrise Academy. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.
