Mrs. Otieno
13 years teaching history in Dar es Salaam
- 🇹🇿 Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Since 1987
- English, Swahili
I teach history at Central Technical College in Dar es Salaam since 1987. Most days I teach Grade 4, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I've run the school newspaper after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I fix old bicycles.
More about Mrs. Otieno
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Otieno: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
