For 32 years I have been the art teacher at St. Anne's Technical College. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
