Mrs. Obrien
Taught design and technology at Peoria High School
- 🇺🇸 Peoria, Illinois, United States
- Peoria High School
- 1981 to 2007
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a radio technician, and 26 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mrs. Obrien
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me design and technology in 2012 at Peoria High School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
