I teach early years at Frangipani Boys' School in Lagos since 2005. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and my door is open at lunch.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
