Mrs. Njoroge
19 years teaching environmental science in Kinondoni
- 🇹🇿 Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Redwood Public School
- Since 2013
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 13 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Mrs. Njoroge
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
