Mrs. Navarro
Geography and home economics teacher, Bakersfield
- 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
- Brookfield Secondary School
- Since 2010
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 16 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Navarro: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me geography in 2013 at Brookfield Secondary School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.
