I teach agriculture at Queensway Public School in Dar es Salaam since 1979. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk. I've coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. I'm still learning every day.
