Mrs. Murata
25 years teaching early years in Tokyo
- 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
- Tokyo Academy
- Since 2007
- Japanese
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 19 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I play music while people worked.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Murata: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
