Mrs. Mokoena
Spanish and mathematics teacher, Johannesburg
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- Gateway Boys' School
- Since 1978
- English
I teach Spanish and mathematics at Gateway Boys' School, Johannesburg. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mrs. Mokoena
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
