Mrs. Miyamoto
Teacher at Heritage Academy, loves agriculture
- 🇯🇵 Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan
- Heritage Academy
- 2001 to 2013
- Japanese, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and twelve years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 500 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mrs. Miyamoto
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Miyamoto: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
