Mrs. Mitchell
14 years teaching environmental science in Liverpool
- 🇬🇧 Liverpool, England, United Kingdom
- Hope Girls' School
- Since 1995
- English, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 31 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mrs. Mitchell
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

You taught me environmental science in 2007 at Hope Girls' School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
