Mrs. Miah
36 years teaching biology in Dhaka
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Dhaka Girls' School
- Since 2010
- English
I teach biology and mathematics at Dhaka Girls' School, Dhaka. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 830 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mrs. Miah
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Miah: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

I was in your Grade 11 class in 2011. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Medellín.
