I teach biology at Crescent Secondary School in Springfield since 1996. Most days I teach the final-year class, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I've run the robotics club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Mrs. Mendez
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Mrs. Mendez: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
