Mrs. Mendes

Special education and environmental science teacher, Uberlândia

  • 🇧🇷 Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, Brazil
  • Windsor Girls' School
  • 1997 to 2013
  • Portuguese
For 16 years I was the special education teacher at Windsor Girls' School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Mrs. Mendes

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
