I taught English literature at Beacon High School in Abbottabad from 2014 to 2022. Most days I taught primary school children, and I learned every name in the first week.
Over the years I had 380 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mrs. Memon
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
