Mrs. Melaku

14 years teaching accounting in Jimma

  • 🇪🇹 Jimma, Oromia, Ethiopia
  • Since 1979
  • English
For 47 years I have been the accounting teacher at Hillcrest Secondary School. I teach Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I've coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. I'm still learning every day.

More about Mrs. Melaku

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
