I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 35 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mrs. Meena
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Meena: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
