Mrs. Mbwambo
18 years teaching art in Nairobi
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Victory Grammar School
- Since 1984
- English, Swahili
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 42 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, my door is open at lunch.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mrs. Mbwambo
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Mbwambo: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

you taught me art in 2023 at Victory Grammar School. I still remember the rainy sports day.
