Mrs. Mba
19 years teaching design and technology in Badagry
- 🇳🇬 Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria
- Westbrook Grammar School
- Since 1988
- English, Yoruba
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 38 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mrs. Mba
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
