Mrs. Mathieu
Computer science and drama teacher, Toronto
- 🇨🇦 Toronto, Ontario, Canada
- Riverside Academy
- 2006 to 2018
- English
For twelve years I was the computer science teacher at Riverside Academy. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
More about Mrs. Mathieu
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Mathieu: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me computer science in 2016 at Riverside Academy. I still remember the surprise birthday cake.
