Mrs. Majumder

18 years teaching geography in Dhaka

  • 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
  • Baobab Boys' School
  • Since 1997
  • English, Bengali
I teach geography at Baobab Boys' School in Dhaka since 1997. Most days I teach Year 10, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

More about Mrs. Majumder

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Majumder: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me geography in 2022 at Baobab Boys' School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
