Mrs. Maina
38 years teaching physics in Likoni
- 🇰🇪 Likoni, Mombasa, Kenya
- Likoni Academy
- 1980 to 2003
- English, Swahili
I taught physics and social studies at Likoni Academy, Likoni. I never turned anyone away.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mrs. Maina
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Maina: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me physics in 2022 at Likoni Academy. I still remember the surprise birthday cake.
