Mrs. Macías
Taught Spanish at Barcelona Academy
- 🇪🇸 Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain
- Barcelona Academy
- 2011 to 2023
- Spanish
I taught Spanish at Barcelona Academy in Barcelona from 2011 to 2023. Most days I taught primary school children, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I had 540 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mrs. Macías
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mrs. Macías: Any gift will help me keep tutoring for free.

I was in your primary school children class in 2015. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Southampton.
