I teach biology at Phoenix Technical College in Tlaquepaque since 2013. Most days I teach Grade 8, and I never raise my voice.
Over the years I've had 690 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mrs. Macías
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mrs. Macías: Any gift will help me keep tutoring for free.
